Jerrold Bigelman counsels clients on a variety of ERISA and non-ERISA plans and arrangements, including health and welfare, retirement, employment, incentive bonus, and severance programs.
Since his entry into private law practice, after several years at the Internal Revenue Service, Mr. Bigelman has managed the establishment of qualified employee benefit plans, their continued operation, and, when requested, their termination. He has dealt extensively with IRS and PBGC on these matters.
He has also assisted clients with non-qualified employee benefit plans including executive compensation, deferred compensation, incentive compensation, stock options, and supplemental executive retirement plans.
